What is the difference between the Reception Package and the Reception + Ceremony Package?

The Reception Package ($2,400 + GST) provides access from 5PM to 1AM — ideal if your ceremony is held elsewhere. The Reception + Ceremony Package ($2,600 + GST) gives you access from 3PM, so you can host both your ceremony and reception in one location with no shuttles or logistics between venues.

How much time do we get to decorate?

Both packages include 3.5 hours of decorating time the evening prior to your event. Outside décor vendors and decorators are welcome. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.

Do we need to obtain our own liquor licence?

Yes. The renter is responsible for obtaining a Special Occasion Licence through the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA). We can provide a booking confirmation letter to support your application if needed.

What drink mixes are included?

Your package includes Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7Up, Ginger Ale, Clamato, and Orange Juice — plus all cups and ice. You are responsible for supplying your own alcohol in accordance with your liquor licence.

Is AV equipment available?

Yes — we have a big screen projector for slideshows and photo displays, an amplified sound system for music, and a wireless microphone for speeches and toasts. All available for an additional charge. Let us know at the time of booking which items you'd like to include.

Can we arrange a tour before booking?

Absolutely — we encourage it. Send us a message and we'll arrange a walkthrough at your convenience. Seeing the space in person helps you plan your layout, table arrangement, and décor with confidence.

What size are the tables?

All tables provided are 8-foot rectangle tables. Setup and takedown of tables and chairs is included in your package, along with final cleanup of the hall.

Is the hall wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The hall is fully wheelchair accessible — no stairs, with ample free parking directly outside the entrance, making it easy for all of your guests to attend comfortably.

Is there parking available for our guests?

Yes — ample free parking is available on site at Maple Grove Park, 100 Frobisher Road, St. Vital. Easy access just off the south Perimeter Highway — convenient for guests coming from across Winnipeg.
