What types of events is the hall suitable for?

What is the difference between Non-Peak and Peak pricing?
Non-Peak ($75/hr + GST) applies to events starting before 5:00 PM — ideal for daytime birthdays, baby showers, and afternoon gatherings. Peak ($100/hr + GST) applies to evening events starting at or after 5:00 PM. Both are non-alcoholic. If you need a licensed bar, see our Licensed Events package above.
How does the Licensed Events package work?
The Licensed Events package combines the Peak hall rate ($100/hr + GST) with bartender fees based on attendance — one bartender for up to 100 guests, two for 100–150 guests. You are responsible for obtaining a Special Occasion Licence through the Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba (LGCA).
What is the minimum and maximum rental duration?
All packages require a minimum of 4 hours and allow a maximum of 6 hours — giving you plenty of time for setup, your event, and cleanup.
Can we bring our own food or hire a caterer?
Yes — outside catering is welcome. Kitchen facilities are available on site. Please let us know your catering plans when booking so we can coordinate access.
Is AV equipment available?
Yes — we have a big screen projector for slideshows and presentations, an amplified sound system for music, and a wireless microphone for speeches and toasts. All available for an additional charge. Let us know at the time of booking which items you'd like to include.
Is the hall wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The hall is fully wheelchair accessible — no stairs, with ample free parking directly outside the entrance.
Can we decorate the hall?
Yes — you're welcome to personalize the space to match your event. Please confirm your setup time when booking, and ensure all decorations are removed at the end of your rental period.
Is there parking available?
Yes — ample free parking on site at Maple Grove Park, 100 Frobisher Road, St. Vital. Easy access just off the south Perimeter Highway.
