Off Season Equipment Rental

 
 

If your child is attending an off-season camp such as the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Academy, High Performance tryouts (U16/U18) or another football event sanctioned by Football Manitoba where equipment is required, you may rent equipment from the St Vital Mustangs. 

Our equipment draw dates for these events are as follows:

  • Sunday, December 29th – 12:00am to 3:00pm

  • Tuesday, January 7th – 6:30pm to 8:30pm

  • Saturday, January 11th – 10:00am to 1:00pm

What you need to know for equipment rental

  • The St Vital Mustangs will only rent equipment for football events that are sanctioned by Football Manitoba.  To view events that are sanctioned by Football Manitoba, click here
    Please note that you will need to show proof of registration for the event you are renting equipment for.

  • The fee for equipment rental is $200.00.  If your child registers to play with the St Vital Mustangs in 2025, $100.00 of the rental fee will be applied to their 2025 registration. If they do not register to play in 2025, the fee is non-refundable. 

  • You will need to complete an equipment rental form, a liability waiver and submit an equipment deposit of $500.00 by leaving a post-dated cheque (April 1, 2025) or a valid credit card number (the deposit will not be cashed or charged unless the equipment is not returned)

  • Once the camp/event is complete, you will need to return the equipment on the one of the following dates even if you are registering to play with the Mustangs for the 2025 season:

    • Wednesday, March 19 th – 6:30pm to 8:30pm

    • Thursday, March 20 st – 6:30pm to 8:30pm
