Football Manitoba’s Air Quality Policy
With respect to air quality, the St Vital Mustangs Football Club follows the direction of Football Manitoba. The Air Quality Index used is provided by the Government of Canada - Environment and Natural Resources website, which can be found on the following link.
Football practice activities will be based on the Air Quality Index using the following criteria.
| Air Quality Index | Practice Activities |
|---|---|
| 0 - 3 | Practices proceed as normal |
| 4 - 6 | Practices continue with reduced intensity, duration and/or extra breaks |
| 7 - 10 | Practices rescheduled to a different day or find indoor alternatives |
